Be weather aware whether Winter or Summer and sign up for the Village of Springville's CodeRED. The Town of Concord and Village of Springville utilize the CodeRED system. CodeRED serves as the planning and communications outreach to both citizens and municipal personnel by using the system capabilities to send telephone calls, text messages, emails and social media in an effort to effictively inform residents to protect life and property. This communication tool will alert our residents to emergency and other timely messages. The municipalities use the program to notify residents in specific geographic locations of emergencies, power outages, road closures and events.
